BCR offers one-off cafe style gas tank with matching seat. The tanks and seats are hand crafted from 16 gauge sheet metal. The seat comes with seat pad and tail light.
These combo parts are not kept in stock and are only made upon request. The time frame to make these custom parts is from 3 to 4 weeks. Pricing depends on the
complexity of the tank and seat. Price ranges from $1600 - $2000. A $800 deposit is required for the order to get started. The parts are delivered in primer and ready for paint.

| This combo set has the BCR original design the armadillo tank. The seat has a more chubby shorty look to match the tail of the tank. The seat has a panel that covers the gas tank's mounting point for a more cleaner smooth flowing look . |

| BCR being always up for any new challenges, accepted a special request from a customer to build a Norton Manx style gas tank with clip-on indents and a vintage Desmo style seat that would fit a cb550 frame. The metal hand-formed gas tank is a complete bolt-on with a stainless steel tank strap and a half upholstered seat that would expose a painted seat cowl to match the color of the tank. The tank has a stainless tank strap to give detail to the vintage look that the customer requested. The metal combo also came with a battery box that is mounted under the seat cowl eliminating the side covers. The tank and seat were painted sunburst vintage gold with fine metallic flakes and was highlighted with Manx pinstripe and Honda wing badge. |

| Armadillo tank with short chubby Seat |
| Another metal combo set made for a customer that wanted a different look. The customer send us a sketch of the tank he wanted. We took the challenge and this is what we came out with. The tank is made of mild steel and is secured by a drilled out stainless strap. The tank resembles the lines of old Rickman tanks and the seat has similar lines of old Ducati Desmo seat but shorter and with a more clean no button upholstery. We made the tank and seat a bolt-on part so it will be easy for the customer to mount. |
